		Apartment „Haarentor“ The „Haarentor” apartment was set up on the first floor of the house. A comfortable, approx. 44 sqm two-room apartment is waiting for you. Our non-smoking apartment also has a balcony and offers all the comfort you need for a stay in Oldenburg. The living room is furnished with a sofa and a seating area. The technical equipment is: Smart TV with satellite connection and DVD player, free and fast Internet access and a telephone. The bedroom consists of a double bed (140 x 200 cm), a spacious built-in wardrobe and a desk. Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided. The shower room is modern and functional. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available in our laundry room for free use. You may prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Facilities include a stove with oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, water heater, coffee maker and much more. Haarenfeld street and around The 10 Haarenfeld building is located in the vicinity of the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg (Uhlhornsweg location). Our house is a building with seven apartments in all. You will find numerous restaurants within walking distance: Greek or Turkish, Asian, Indian or Lebanese cuisine. And if you want to try something completely different, you can visit the canteen of the neighboring university as a guest. The city center / pedestrian zone is less than 10 minutes by bike away and can be reached safely and easily via the Haarenufer cycle street. A bus stop is two minutes by walk away. From there several bus lines run regularly to the city center and Oldenburg train station.  Prices including all additional costs • April to September: 65.00 euros / night (at least 3 nights). monthly discount: 40%. • October to March: 70.00 euros / night (at least 3 nights). monthly discount: 40%. • Guest researchers from the university and the university of applied sciences: Prices as above, but 50% discount (from a minimum of 20 nights).
